3:00pm A vertical tasting of Chateau Cheval Blanc
with Mr Pierre Lurton, director of Cheval Blanc & Chateau d'Yquem
Seven vintages including the excellent 1967 and 1975, the legendary 1982, plus 1990, 1998, 2000 and 2001; and Le Petit Cheval 2001 and 2006.

5:30pm: A comparative tasting of specially selected old Dom Perignon vintages
Oenotheque 1969 and 1975, 1996 (Vintage and Oenotheque side by side), Rose 2000 and Vintage 2002
